How many species of Cuscuta are ‘vampirizing’ plants out there?

I decided to answer this question because I noticed that many current biodiversity sources mention that Cuscuta has only 100-145 species. In fact, there are nearly 200 species of Cuscuta, and probably more will be discovered in the future. For details see this paper which includes the first phylogenetic classification of the genus.
